Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of your initial Pro subscription activation without giving any reason.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Resay Pro subscription at any time with one click from your Dashboard or via the Paddle Customer Portal.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (current_period_end). You will not be billed again, and no further charges will occur.

3. Requesting a Refund

Because our order processing is managed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record, you can request a refund directly via:

• Resay Support: Email us at support@resay.si with your account email and order transaction ID.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
