Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Resay (the “Service”, provided via our Chrome Extension and Web Application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Resay is a prompt engineering assistant designed to restructure user prompts directly inside supported AI interfaces (including ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini). Resay does not generate primary LLM answers; it improves user prompts before submission.

3. Accounts, Free Tier & Subscriptions

• Free Tier: Accounts on the Free plan receive 3 prompt optimizations per day. Daily credits reset every day at 00:00 UTC. Unused daily credits do not roll over.
• Pro Subscription: Billed monthly at $10.00 USD/month. Pro provides unlimited daily optimizations, subject to our automated Fair Use abuse prevention policies.

4. Merchant of Record & Billing (Paddle)

Our order and payment processes are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). Paddle handles customer payments, invoices, billing support, and sales tax compliance globally. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use & Fair Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to submit prompts designed to generate unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content. While Pro accounts have unlimited normal interactive usage, automated scraping, reverse engineering, bot access, or programmatic exploitation of our optimization endpoints is strictly prohibited and subject to instant rate limiting or account termination.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Prompt engineering is non-deterministic. We do not warrant that prompt optimizations will guarantee a specific factual accuracy or output quality from third-party LLMs.
